Events & Activities

IMSA HQ will be fostering the all round development of Indian Medical Students by organizing the following activities that will help increase the wideness of exposure of Indian Medical Students.

1. Organising Workshops and seminars.
2. Lectures by experienced and renowned personalities.

3. Conferences:
Conferences, both academic and non-academic, can help foster contacts between the medical students across the nation as well as those international delegates who attend the conferences too, thus, help achieve one of our major aim: Networks Among currents medical students and hence the future doctors.

4. Events:
Events like musical nights and rock shows of student music bands can be encouraged to develop and encourage other extra curricular development amongst students.

5. Student Exchange Programs:
{Subject to the approval of the Medical Council of India and would need to be worked out in time.}
Student Exchange programs can provide students with some exposure to the world outside theirs’ and learn how things work elsewhere, the experiences of which can be brought home and shared.

6. Global Health And Aboriginal Health:
IMSA can help get nationally as well as internationally renowned lecturers and speakers to educate students on Health issues that are global as well as indigenous, the knowledge of which is very important to be a doctor.

7. IMSA publications will serve as a guide to many objectives like advocacy, news regarding the nation’s health and news regarding the upcoming events, conferences, student exchange programs etc.
