Indore is very accessible via road from both Mumbai and Delhi. The Agra-Bombay Road (National Highway # 3) runs through the City of Indore. Apart from this, Indore has a frequent mini-bus service to cities like Dewas and Mhow and long distance services to Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur and several other cities. Train
Indore is well connected to all major cities via rail. There are daily express trains connecting Indore with Delhi (Nizamuddin Express), Jammu Tawi (Malwa Express) and Mumbai (Avantika Express). There are weekly trains to Cochin (Ahilya Nagari Express), Kolkata (Kshipra Express), Jaipur (Jaipur -Indore Express) and Ahmedabad (Gandhinagar - Indore Express). The Intercity Express runs between Indore and Bhopal. Besides this, Shuttle service is also available for Ujjain and Mhow. Once at the railway station, cab services are available to get you directly to SAIMS medical college.
By Air
All major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal, Bangalore and Hyderabad are connected by daily flights from Indore. Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Go Air, Kingfisher Airlines provide airline services from Indore. There are flights reaching and leaving Indore in the morning and evening.
